Base riff reminds me a lot about a game called Metal Head. Not a bad thing at all, it has good power metal.

Feels like i´ve heard this a lot of times - nothing special...

Engraçado é tu falar isso de uma banda que literalmente foi um dos maiores precursores desse tipo de som. O Riot é o original, logo, quando tu diz que ouviu isso um monte de vezes (em outras bandas) significa que vc ouviu as cópias, não o original. Riot é uma banda de 1977...desde o debut a banda faz esse tipo de som, cara. Embora antes tivesse uma pegada mais Hard Rock ...mas, veja bem, essa tua frase é absurda...pq tu dá a entender que o Riot faz som genérico, quando na verdade o Riot é que foi uma das bandas que inventou esse tipo de som.

The Loner verdade cara, depois fui saber q essa banda é das antigas, uma banda cult... Foi uma afirmação infeliz. Pela gravação mais atual me pareceu uma banda nova rsrs. Mas o meu intuito foi dizer q hj em dia temos milhares de bandas que soam umas iguais as outras, tudo muito homogêneo! This is my personal opinion, so don't get your titties in a twist. I know some of you motherfuckers can't stand opposite opinions and musical taste that differ from your own. That said, the cover art was awesome. This song started out good but It failed to deliver midway. It's good enough to get me to check the rest of their albums out though. Good voice and all that. I just want more, I don't know, music in my music. Some riff repeated oh 30-40 odd times is not enough for me.

Is this a Christian band? Either way I love listening to riot v just for the music. But I'm new to them only been listening for a couple weeks now. But this song I like so much, the lyrics and the sound are amazing.

Riot wasn't a Christian band, they were a heavy metal band. By the way, it they happen to be Christian and kick fucking ass, say Barren Cross or best example Believer (Tormented, Extraction From Mortality etc.), what's the fucking problem if it's metal you want pumped into your veins? You know some Christian and death musicians floated back and forth between bands, going with whichever promotion was helping them at the time, even Sabbath did this. Listen to the music, that's what we're about.
