Where can I buy this master piece on Vinyl? I am soon to be able to have a set up to be able to play my records, My parents use to do metal record convention so I have been raiding their inventory, but have not came across this amazing album. I've never fell in love until I heard this album, forget relationships, they have let me down. Manowar has always been one of my favorites but since I've discovered Riot.. wow this is true love, I now know what I have been missing out on haha. Who else has fell in love with this album?
There are some on Amazon. I've been a fan of Riot since their first three records and somehow I overlooked Thundersteel til only recently. It is now my favorite album of all-time, surpassing Hall of the Mountain King. I cannot get enough of it.

The drums alone are legendary let alone the rest of the song .. This up there with the best of the best absolute whacker this tune. Will always mean a lot to me this track got me through hard times

Yeah, the verse is in D minor, and the chorus goes to F major. F major is the relative major to D minor (as I understand it -- people who know music theory could explain it more properly), so it works musically, but you're right, it really changes the tone in a cool way -- I think of it as changing it from tense and menacing (in the verses) to a more triumphant (the chorus).
