I saw his show in Barcelona this year (2019): Richie you are a genious. When guitar heroes started to blossom he was already there doing amazing things. He has one of the best voices ever in the rock scenario (comparable with Cornell's with all my respects, RIP ) and of course, he is an AMAZING guitarist (even using your fingers on the right hand!): in this sense he's not only underrated, I would compare him with Hendrix or SR Vaughan. And last but not least: besides all that you are handsome! (I HATE YOU MAN!) Keep doing what you do best, Richie. And he's getting better and better every record! Please, come again to Barcelona son alone or with the Winery Dogs. I will pay you a beer or two :-)

Terribly underrated musician

I think Richie is in the spotlight everywhere nowadays. Probably because of The Winery Dogs. Seems to be a household name among a lot of musicians around here at least :) He's obviously not playing on the radio, but no one really listens to radio now anyways. Good times!

He is famous everywhere but America. It is sad that the music played on the radio in the USA is corporate junk with little to no talent, but a musician like RK can't get airplay...

i feel like it was like this. he always played at a very very very very Jason Becker Micheal Batio level. meaning very very very high. so this sort of thing is easy for him. Also he could always sing pretty well. you can tell in the old Poison videos. I just think he practiced that part up till it was easy and then put them together.
