Great tune. One of my favorite Keith songs is 'Slipping Away.' Masterpiece. With that said did Keith recently say that the Beatle 'Sgt. Peppers Album was "rubbish." Don't believe he said that! Stones answer was 'Let's Spend the night together'?

The stones answer was "Their Satanic Majesties Request", Keith also said that even that album was rubbish.

Wow - this sounds like Keef is channeling Nick Lowe.  And I don't see a damned thing wrong with that.  Same kind of a vibe as "Heart" off of "Nick the Knife".  Keith's always been the best voice in the Stones, but this vocal track is just so good, so smooth - stunning, actually.

One of the most brilliant visual art videos ever made, perfectly ties into the sentiment of the song, my hat's off to Keith Richard for choosing such a graphic team to work on this masterpiece, proving once again that the man has taste and plenty of talent. When listening to his solo work, one hears the steam engine sound that is at the heart of the Rolling Stones, not to neglect Mick Jagger's solo mastering of audio production, the two are magic when together and that's the double whammy strength of the Rolling Stones material, not to ever forget Charlie Watts, and Ronnie Woods contributions, but it all starts and ends with Mick and Keith. Keith definitely has the midas touch!

This is an good example of why some guitarists hire other people to sing their songs.

This tune was originally done by my late friend Gregory Isaacs and backed by the Root Radics band, who are also my friends. Gregory and Radics would have appreciated this version, though it can not compare to the original. By the way, I know Keith as well and he played on a hit tune, Shine Eye Girl, by a band that I was in-and still occasionally gig with-Black Uhuru!!!

This is the video? Seriously? Mick Jagger's worst solo stuff is better than this crap. He made fun of Mick in his book about not being able to make another Exile. I'd like to hear Keith try and make another "Happy", "Before They Make Me Run" or "Little T&A". This Crosseyed Heart is just pure crap. I'm a huge Stones fan, but let's be honest...this is real crap. He's only getting high praise because who he is.
