Rhodes - Losing It Lyrics

Everyone's outside, but I'm staying in
Not losing it, I wanna work my hand
I'm not losing it, I still got my plans
Everyone's dreaming, but I'm sleepless again

Am I losing it?
Do you think I am?
Am I losing it?
I don't think I can

I wanna give you my love
I wanna give you my love
I wanna give you my love
I wanna give you my love

+verwomel ps could have done with you with me and my friend at the B'ham gig. if it wasn't for us shouting for more there would not have been an encore !

    verwomel

Does that mean they weren't that enthusiastic  or too embarrassed to shout for an encore?
    Are you from around Birmingham?

    Keith Bate

+verwomel The first,There was only luke warm applause during Rhode's set ( staggered by this) . The noise for the support JP Cooper - nice bloke and voice but boring songs IMO) was x3. I understand from other Rhodes you tube sites that he went down very well in London and else where. very odd. re B.
I am from Wolverhampton which is a few miles from Birmingham . But I used to live in London when i was younger . I am a huge music fan of most types including Classical. I love live music and have been to over 1000 gigs and counting. The last one 3 weeks ago was an old punk/new wave band = Penetration in a pub in Derby (45 miles from where I live). The audience was much older than Rhodes (LOL) but we made a lot of noise !! but at the end of songs - hate singing along people -.you pay to hear the artist not the out of tune person next to you (LOL)
ps where are you from ? like History and visited Amsterdam a long time ago. was a great city and always wanted to visit the Ann Frank Museum since reading the book as child.

  12. Keith Bate

Forgot to say sadly (for me) he didn't play my fav track from the superb album. Still "your soul" was equally as beautifully well (almost !) .
When I could prise him away from all the younger women wanting selfies (LOL) I told him how much I enjoyed the gig and his music. Said he would play Losing it next time in Birmingham / Wolverhampton.

    verwomel

+Keith Bate I so relate to that! I would have loved to have been able to tell him how much I enjoyed the gig in Amsterdam but being older than most of the young girls waiting by his dressing room door...lol....I didn't want to look stupid so I just left. Good for you that you got to talk to him. He seems a very nice guy.

    Keith Bate

+verwomel The venue he played in Birmingham was a pub venue max 200 people and not full !
After the gig he simply walked off the stage to get a drink and was then initially approached by girls' wanting selfies. I just said great gig and great voice. And would have liked to have heard "losing it" as my fav from the album.( In my top 3 tracks of the year. My fav is by Low "the innocents " so haunting and poignant given the Paris attacks . Are you innocent ? verwomel if so better run for it and quick) he was charming/friendly.
ps see my comment above amazingly the support went down better at this gig than Rhodes ?????

    verwomel

I will have a listen to this Low song. Innocence was a long time ago. Sounded like a warning.

    Keith Bate

+verwomel it is my fav track of a very strong year and the Paris attacks make it even more relevant and haunting. Mimi's voice beautiful

  13. Keith Bate

Brilliant /magnificent music and vocals . My fav (so far) from the superb debut album .
Seeing him live in Birmingham tonight (Sunday 11 Oct 2015) Can't wait will be shouting myself hoarse to hear this track !
    What a talent Rhodes is
Thanks for the upload Jose .

    José Nina

Great debut, Rhodes is the Best!!!

Literally just got back from the gig. Excellent but the audience (incredibly to me and my friend) seemed to prefer the support JP Cooper.
Could have done with a few more of you you tube fans of the music of Rhodes at the gig.
Spoke to him briefly after the gig and he is charming. The girls seem to like him !

    José Nina

+Keith Bate That's why I'm here, supporting their music, Rhodes not need to be known to be the best, it's too early for conclusions, Rhodes has a great future, greetings friend :)
