Very nice but without Taylor there would never have been a song

I totally love Rhodes and his songs, but I still feel uneasy when I read the comments and everyone just say that when Taylor Swift sings it, it sounds selfish, bad, whatever. I just feel that it's kind of wrong to be so harsh on an artist whoever they are. Everyone is good in their own way and of course, in this case, Rhodes and Taylor don't sing the same genre, needless to say in the same style. So I wish everyone could be more considerate of the effort artists put in their work and try to be more moderate on their comments. We are not in Taylor's head to understand why she sings that way, wrote the song etc. It's sad to see that people are trying so hard to support their favorite artist by saying bad things for others. Rhodes has a great voice and the way he sings the song is so soothing and beautiful but still we shouldn't compare it to the original song. After all, when a song is sung by different people, everytime it somehow feels like a new song, because everyone is different.

This is so beautiful... With Taylor it sounded immature and whiney, not to mention selfish, but with Rhodes it's just so beautiful and deep- It feels like a mix of depression, wild beauty, insanity, loneliness, and slight phsycopathy all molded together, then melted into a gorgoues flowing of saddened, raw vocals and natural harmonies. That explanation probably made no sense to anybody other than myself, but I kind of don't care.

I first heard this cover and then I heard the Taylor's song.
The only thing I can say is that Rhodes can make me love this song and Taylor makes me hate it.
There's an energy on his voice, the stress on some words, I don't know.
Taylor makes it sound stupid and vacuous, rotten and full of childish caprices.

With Taylor I heard sarcasm and immature hatred.
With Rhodes I hear deep hurt, lies, truth, insanity and a World beyond this one. And, somewhere between all of it, I saw a human still looking forward to tomorrow with a subtle psychopathic color, but that is fine, because we are all mad here. Cheers.

Yup~ Rhode always adds a more HUMAN quality to every thing he does, somehow, someway. He always makes it strictly Rhodes, even if it's a cover.

The best cover I heard from Taylor Swift was Ryan Adams "Out of the Woods", this one doesn't beat it, but....l love it too, it appear on spotify and i didn't pay it much attention first but then i recognised it, and i love it.
