Now we have proof that Luca was the soul of this band. I haven't heard one really spellbinding piece of music in any of the songs I've listened to so far.

Agreed! Though I happen to like this song a lot, I miss the neoclassical element!

I think you should know that the different of luca and alex. Luca want to play neo classical power metal but alex want to play symphony power metal. They don't know rhapsody of fire should go what way. I think if you love neoclassical u should pass throught this album and listen the luca's album. 

As generic as it can be, I feel just like I heard this before! All creativity went out a long time ago, and now even without Luca, they still repeat themselves.  

I agree, they haven't been awesome since Triumph or Agony, I think. And between 1997-2002 their music was absolute perfection.

This sounds better than the whole from chaos to eternity album.

@AleksanderLu I feel Dawn of Victory in Rising for Tragic Flames =)) except solos of guitar. You can feel a lot of different kind of music in each of periods on each their album. Example the The Frozen tears of Angel not as same as emerald sword or tornado not as same as wisdom of the king. They always change their style of music, i think Luca will come back ROF in the future.

@Shine Nguyễn I don't think so, Luca has created his own band nowadays, and he's really happy composing with'em, when he had troubles with Alex Staropoli. I hope their next albums will be better or I think I'll not remember of ROF as thankfulll as I was when Luca was in.

@Vingamena wtf this song is amazing but from chaos to eternity has Heroes of the waterfalls' kingdom.

I think that FCTE is a good album, it's just different, we have great songs like From Chaos to Eternity, Tempesta di Fuoco, Ghosts of Forgotten Worlds, Heroes of the Waterfalls' Kingdom and Tornado, and some median ones like I Belong to The Stars and Aeons of Raging Darkness and and the great cover of Flash of The Blade by Iron Maiden. This album is generically better, but instrumentally FCTE was better (my opinion)

Aaaaah, hear that bass of Oliver Holzwarth roaring at 0:55 (and 2:30 / 6:02..) and who said Roby de Micheli was below average? Ha!
Strong performance by Fabio too, love this man's voice!!
