Ha! No, it's Remington Leith of Palaye Royale (American Fashion art rock band). Andy Biersack (Singer of Black Veil Brides) is the image and Remington is the voice, because Andy is tied to a different record label, and so can't sing in this film. Remington fits this role insanely well, and his vocals in general in any song you hear will blow you away. He is an absolutely incredible singer.
