the old man is remembering when he was young and in love and when the love of his life was alive..but she died so he feel he has nothing left for him to live so he goes to kill himself. the boy see the suicide note which is the song ....and he goes to stop him but falls on the water and since he cant swim hes drowning. the old man saves him and realizes that if he wasnt alive he wouldnt had saved the boy...so he finds a will to live.

+Scott Norris People make it seems like a cult sometimes, but there's a huge difference. I don't think I need to explain what a cult is, but the real meaning behind Christianity isn't even like religion, much less a cult. What it is supposed to mean, is just that you believe that Jesus loves you and saved you. Believing in Jesus and accepting him, that's all it is.

I dont understand the video...

Both want to kill themselves. The man because of something from his past. Boy, I don't know. They both coincidentally did it at the same time. When the man hear's a splash, he dives in to save the boy, throwing his means of killing himself to the side. After saving the boy, the man probably feels like he doesn't have to die yet. One person is the reason the other is alive.

+Hariz_Here I think the little boy just read the suicide note and went to stop the man. Then, I guess, he either dived in after him or fell by accident.

+Blue Turtle the video is very easy to understand if you think about it. The black and white are flashbacks. So, in the video there's the camp "headmaster" or whatever. He's depressed and suicidal over his love who either died or left him. I'm assuming died because of the graveyard scene. He teaches a little boy how to do stuff, so the boy starts to look up to him. the headmaster keeps recalling the times he spent with his love and decided to kill himself. The boy wanted to see the headmaster of the camp to thank him or something, but finds his suicide note, so he tries to stop him by going to the lake. The little boy calls out to him but then trips into the lake, almost drowning. The guy stops what he was doing to save the kid. The kid saves the guy, just like the guy saved the boy. Put that with the song and it all makes sense.

have you tried singing. sometimes you don't pronounce words the same as you would with your speaking voice.

the 2 shots of Blake are (im assuming) her as an angel sort of guiding the boy to the man to keep him from killing himself.

the boy reads the suicide note from the older man and goes out to try to save him... but slips and falls into the water and can't swim. the man that was going to kill himself sees the boy in the water and saves him... finding his note and necklace in the boys hand realized that somebody did care. the girl from the black and white clips was his lover growing up. the black and white clips are flashbacks of the older man and and his lover when they where younger. (played by Blake from Eversay)
