I miss old Country Music from the original styles and it's sub-genre (Honky Tonk, Southern Rock, Blue Grass, Gospel Country etc.) to the 80' and 90's style. Sadly, today's Country Music is tainted by modern pop styles or other modern styles that destroys the purity of the music. Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Georgia-Florida line & etc. The original soul and essence is lost that instead of the lyric's messages are focused on family, faith in God, true love, the truth about the positive and negative aspects of life and rural values, it is being replaced by total non-sense just like most of the other modern music of today.

Lol, my college English class is showing us on how this part of the country focused on the small things in life. And how that is why they vote Conservative usually. Conservative people tell these people "focus on the small things in life. First love. Having a kid that has same values as the father." While and all the Conservative politicians fuck them over with low paying jobs and terrible education. But these type of people say "we don't need education or good money. As long as we have the small good things in life.
Country music speaks to "white" part of America that doesn't know better and vote for Conservative parties ( ppl like Trump) who keep them low and uneducated.
