I saw RATT a few weeks ago in White Plains, NY and Stephen Pearcy brought his A game or at least his B game to the show. He hasn't been that good live in a while. Stephen is truly a genius because he writes great music with his solo band also. Sad that his latest solo album which is great couldn't have been the next RATT album. The new RATT band is very capable and hats off to them but they need Warren, Carlos and Bobby back to draw in bigger crowds. RATT you need to get it together; you're too old for this.

First 3 albums were fantastic. Only hair metal band I was into back in the 80’s. I think it had a lot to do with the girls. Lol. I was more of a Slayer/Metallica guy back then. But man, the big haired 80’s girls loved some Ratt. I loved them big haired 80’s girls, therefore, I liked Ratt. Lol. Got laid a lot more to “Lay it Down” then I did to “Hell Awaits”😂. So Ratt and Roll was fun times. Can’t get into anything after their first 3 albums though. When the 80’s ended, so did Ratt for me personally. But those were some great times and some killer tunes. 🤘🏻

They actually had some great tunes on latter albums ('Body Talk' and 'Dance' especially) but there was definitely an overall downturn after 'Invasion In Your Privacy'.

This stirs up so many different emotions on so many different feelings... it makes you think back on your youth and times you had while listening to their songs, but it also makes you think of their loses like Robin or for Carlos Kevin dubrow. At one point both of these bands helped us deal with girls, style,our emotions and changed the way we play guitar/ music. Even though Stephens voice is gone, you can feel and understand that he gave it all to rock n roll...so don't forget that.

This sounds like Ratt minus Robin Crosby. Sorry but as a card carrying Ratt fan I’m here to say that this band died performance wise and creativity wise the second that Robin Crosby was out of the band and then died. He was the best song writer and arranger in the band. There’s a reason they called him the Lion. If his presence didn’t matter then why have they NOT made a record the likes of Out Of the Cellar and Invasion of your privacy and Dancing Undercover. Reach for the sky was piss poor due to Robin being sick and it doesn’t even sound like a Ratt record. Their best ended at Dancing undercover. Nowadays they are just a very bad cover band with some original members.

It was great growing up in the same neighborhood as Robin, Warren and Stephen. I went to Clairemont HS which is the same school Stephen attended which happens to be the same school Cameron Crow attended and wrote Fast Times at Ridgemont High. I bought my first guitar from Guitar Trader where Robin and Warren got theirs. My friend actually has one of Warrens old pick-ups from Warren. To be a kid again in the early 80s in SD. If I could go back to a time that would be it.

i saw Pearcy's band in Cape Coral Florida in february 2016 and i was expecting to hearhim sound like shit (david lee roth style) but he sounded awesome (i was at front of stage and he wasn't lip synching i hate that shit) clean sound too (unlike when they played in the 80's). i believe its inevitable he has some bad nights i guess but that show wasn't one of them

@Todd Lavigne Agree! Same w/ David Lee Roth's range(in the past that is! lol lately it's hard to stomach w/ his annoying high octave vocals that have ruined the iconic classics they produced). Both Pearcy and Roth gave those 2 bands their unique sound. Raw, bluesy, gravel voices that we loved. Rock on brother!

Kick Ass Song Probably one of the Best Rock Song or Album in 2010. Saw Ratt/Pearcy 2000 when touring W/ Poison at Desert Sky Pavilions Phoenix and they had the Whole House Sound System Cranked Man did Ratt Sound FN Good way better than Poison.
