'The Seventh Seal' was 10 years out of date. Nas already did what Ra was trying to do with this album on 'Nastradamus' back in 99. And yes I know its far from Nas's best material but he still put out heat as far as lyrics are concerned, including the masterpiece verse on 'Last Words'. Nothing on Seventh Seal is on that level of creative genius.
