Welcome Back Queensryche !!!! Best album since Operation Mind crime !!! Absolutely fantastic !! And I realize Geoff Tate for the past 30 yrs ,only ruined the greatest Queensryche ...but it's a new day ,welcome Todd Latorre , and Michael Wilton ....holy moly ....what a brilliant guitarist , when he's allowed to be !!!

I have acquired this new album and I liked so much from all the songs. Excellent album! One of the best their albums in my opinion.

Im not a big fan of the new album, but this song has some good moments, for sure. My only issue with this new era of QUeensrÿche, is that Todd doesn't sound very good live. He has very bad voice control, and often has to scream in order to reach high notes. In the studio, they often layer his vocal and therefore he can get away with it there. But live, I just cannot get into his voice. But he seems like a great guy, for sure, and a good drummer as well :)

He is no Tate. And that is a bad thing and a great thing. His lack of ego has infused the band. He can't sing great be but he is.good.

@PR0_ GABBY . I like Todd and support this new era of Queensyche, but to be honest Todd La Torre is good live but not great as a singer, however he tries his best to sound like Geoff in his golden years and I give him credit for that.
The verdict is a great album in my opinion.

It sounds nothing like iron maiden bro, that is just your personal opinion, maiden is heavier with no prog metal in it like Queensyche is.

I've been trying to describe this voice to myself and I think I've got it. Geoff Tate mixed with Ray Alder (Fates Warning) but with a new element added to the mix. A new dialectical reaction.

Very cool! I haven't listened to lot of Queensreich but do like them. Part of what I love is that they still have that late 80s power metal vibe. The singer has an amazing voice.

I really wanted Geoff was still in the band. But he wasnt let the band breath. At a concert in Brasil, 2012, he hit Wilton ' face before the gig and spit twice at Scott during the show. And that's not gossip, it's true.

Finding out a band mate is screwing your daughter tends to do that to a man. Not gonna name names but it's the guy that replaced DeGarmo.

Parker Lundgren was married to his daughter to begin with, and he knew it, it had to do with Geoff Tate's wife managing the band and doing deals behind their backs that only Tate and wife knew about, so the three original members got Geoff fired because him and his wife were doing businesses behind their backs so they got fed up, plus the musical direction Geoff Tate was talking the band, that's the real reason why Geoff Tate was fired along with his wife as their manager as well.

I like the "Rage for Order" sound but you are trying too hard to be Queensrÿche. The lyrics are disjointed and PC babblings. Mindcrime and Empire songs had thought out premises. Also, what's with the words? I see this on Euro-band videos and find it quite annoying and unoriginal. I'm not typically that critical, but I'm providing my honest feedback as a very long time fan.

MegaRockstar48 Chris Degarmo left the band well over 20 yrs ago , and Scott ,just the last 2 years ....until the Todd era , the band was defunct...Geoff Tate ruined Queensryche . But now Queensryche is back were they belong , and it's been so long .....the Verdict ......is what we've been praying for since , Operation Mind crime.

All they need is Chris to be honest, Scott has been replaced, no big deal because the actual drummer is real good, and Geoff Tate cannot sing like he use to, Todd can or at least close to it.

I'm sorry but the lyrics don't do anything for me. It's just a jumble of political nonsense. It holds none of the spirit and meaning of old Queensryche lyrics. It's basically meaningless waffle. There's some good tracks in this album, but to pretend these lyrics are deep is funny.

I agree... The music and vocals are great, even borderline awesome... But the lyrics just don't hold up. Trying way too hard. Too many cliches too. They are no way close to the league of OM, RFO, Empire, or even Promised Land.

Todd's voice is a bit rougher, Tate was more clear.

Todd actually does some things in this song Tate was never really capable of quite honestly.

@kronosb "this drummer" is actually current vocalist Todd LaTorre, since he started out as a drummer before moving onto vocals! He's stated that he wanted the drums to sound like something that Scott Rockenfield would do

Is it just me or do the vocals and the music not really flow together this song? Sounds like a mess of about four different ideas all jammed together a bit sloppy.
