I swear to all that is holy, he and Mayte would've had some.of.the prettiest children ever (all children are beautiful though).
Think about this: Amiir would've been 22. He could've been a grandad by now (Prince that is).
No use to hang on to what would've been, though. Just a fleeting idea. Maybe in some alternate reality that's what it is. Everything happens for a reason though. Good or bad. And I don't think sometimes we are meant to understand what that reason is.
For her part, I am glad that Mayte was able to have the beautiful relationship she did with Prince and that she was kind enough to share those experiences through her lovely book (which is a GREAT read, btw).
