The legend Prince is one of my all-time favorites but this was / is AWFUL! The music doesn't sound good, Q-Tip was looking like a 1990's Tone-Loc, and the woman looked like some female generic Prince groupie. And & the video made absolutely NO SENSE at all! I love Prince but Chocolate Box was / is a load of crapola.

It would have been dope to have Fergie do the rap in the break, but still a funky ass jam!

Cool. I can see by some of the comments that this isn't everyone's taste because they feel he was using auto tune. Different sound but I think this is what made Prince so great. Always willing to experiment with his music whether some liked it or not. He was fearless no doubt.

Yes, I agree. I have been a fan since the 1999 album came out back in 1983 and have loved that he evolved musically over the years and didn't fall into the trap of just only wanting to make hits. That is what made him so phenomenal. Always willing to experiment with different sounds.

As a longtime Prince fan I could tell you this he would never approve of auto-tune he played all his own instruments he made sure that he didn't comply to any other music entity and he had full control of his music and he would have put out no auto-tune s***.
