Is this video refering to poaching and how it's bad? Because I have an opposing opinion about that. I just want to say, I'm pretty sure African safaris know how to run their hunting grounds. If your not from Africa you should probably shut up.

You do realize that poaching easily leads to overhunting. Which leads to extinction, right?

@King Derp I understand your concerns about this.... but there are a couple of things you should be aware of.

In Africa they have hunting lodges where hunters are allowed to hunt game. Personally i think surveying the animal population is key to sustaining a healthy number of wild animals. The Canadian government surveys hunting game to make sure there isn't a lack of moose, deer or bear to hunt. Now i'm not from Africa so i have no idea how they operate their lodges and i've never hunted an Elephant, Hippo or other Safari animal.

But i will say this... The hunter isn't to be blamed here... Maybe the African government should lay down some rules as to how many animals are availble to hunt like the Canadian government does.

I agree it's awful to see a species become extinct... but the government should be responsible for monitoring the wild life at these lodges.

I'm not the type of guy to tell other countries how to run their stuff... because i don't live there. Some people are miss-informed about issues and that's understandable as long as you don't act like an emotional nut job and learn something you might not have been aware of previously.
