Pride, Charley - Take Care Of The Little Things Lyrics

Stranger livin' in my house I'm writing this letter to you
There's a few odds and ends in my house that I neglected to do
Take care of the little things I'm depending on you
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too
The garden I planted needs water the house needs paintin' outside
The yard could stand a little mowin' each time that I pass by
Take care of the little things I neglected to do
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too
A washing machine's out of water by the way the car payment's due
As long as my roof's over your head as long as you're wearing my shoes
Take care of the little things I neglected to do
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too
And if my baby gets lonesome and calls my name in the night
Whispers sweet nothings tenderly and gently hold her tight
Take care of the little things I neglected to do
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too

    Stranger livin' in my house
I'm writing this letter to you
There's a few odds and ends in my house
    That I neglected to do
Take care of the little things I'm depending on you
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too

The garden I planted needs water
    The house needs paintin' outside
The yard could stand a little mowing
Each time that I pass by
Take care of the little things I neglected to do
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too

A washing machine's out of water
By the way the car payment's due
As long as my roof's over your head
As long as you're wearing my shoes
Take care of the little things I neglected to do
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too

And if my baby gets lonesome
And calls my name in the night
    Whispers sweet nothings tenderly
    And gently hold her tight
Take care of the little things I neglected to do
And love my sweet baby I neglected her too
Love my sweet baby I neglected her too.....

My dad used to play this all the time. He passed in 2008, and because country and Western was the music him and my mum listened to all the time I grew up with charley pride. I grew up in Seychelles and was born in 1972. Fast forward 43 years, and I now live in London and got to see charley live at the O2 indigo venue in Greenwich on Saturday 2 may 2015. A night I will cherish all my life. As a grown man I cried to some of the songs as they brought me back to my happy childhood, with my dad dancing with me in his arms to the sound of charley. My mum still has all the LP's back home. LP's that has stood the test of time. 2015 charley has aged, he sometimes forgets a few words here and there, but his fantastic band are always there to Gide him. Music that will last a lifetime. Do you have "She's Still Got A Hold On You", "Even After Everything She's done",  "It's Just A Matter of Making up My Mind" and "Let Me Live Again" off of this album?  I adored this LP - I wore out the 8-track and then bought the LP!  Would love to hear these songs without the hiss and crackle of the old record.

I really don't like to post whole albums, but I'll post one of those songs a week, if they are not already posted on youtube.

Please believe me, I looked for them before I asked.  It appears you are the only person with that LP.  So I hope you can forgive my request for several more.  It just happens to be a really great LP and any of the 4 that you can post will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you so much.
