One of my best friends in high school was a Jim, and I have haunted him with this song, and unjustifiably so. Why? Because it is a classic on its own. I intersected with the King only on a few movie sets, and it was enough. So many songs, so much of my youth. I will die the better for having witnessed him. And all his works. And yes, I mean to mock Christianity in saying that.
