Iron Maiden got me out of a very deep hole, so for me to say they’re my favorite is an understatement. I’ve experimented with some covers, threw up, then went back to the original. This cover is the best I’ve heard, and they didn’t add any new riff or make it faster or slower, they just did a great cover, which(one of the worst thing you can do with a cover of any song), they didn’t manipulate the vocals to try and make it known it was there’s. Absolutely fantastic cover!

Machine Head's cover sounds amazing and it sounds like Machine Head not Maiden. If you want the song to sound like the original, listen to the original

One of the guitarists records studio bass, but I don't know about live. The dude who plays keys probably has it covered.

in fact they have two guitarists and the rhythm guitar is tuned down to Drop C to give some Bass-like sounds but they don't need a bassist...

Every band needs a bassist... bass is the most important, if you added (well played) bass to a metal song without bass, it becomes 10x better, no question.

@Darkness official the guitarist plays bass in studio, and live the bass is played on track along with intro synths and shit

it depends,for example "Hurt" by J.Cash was an awesome cover,nailed it 100% truly hard!!!!But to cover a song for me is like taking a picture of a sight ex. the colosseum,it's the same but from your angle and camera

But in this song, Powerwolf _did_ kind of make it their own, eh? This sounds pretty different than the original because of the organs and stuff.

Its not fucking terrible, good job!!!Not an easy band to cover....

I sing for 5 years now and can comfortably say I can sing almost anything I want...but there are 2 styles of voices I never got down even slightly and those were Bruce Dickinson and Lordi. And the latter only because I never figured out how^^
That said "not easy" is still very understated, believe me...
