Found Powderfinger 15 years ago when travelling and visiting cousins. Some bands you love and some bands attach themselves to your soul, this band are part of me now and will be for the rest of my life - superb

How utterly profound and true. For me, Powderfinger and Foofighters define an era of my life. I get a feeling and emotion listening to Vulture St and Color and the shape that takes me back every time. You're 110% correct.

I'm American and absolutely love powderfinger.. I think they weren't looking to be huge cause they sure had the potential.

One of my favorite bands! They have so much good music! And they actually changed their style from their first couple of albums which were decent with that grungey sound, but somehow they were even better.

East Coast it set OVER the beach.... get out in a boat and you'll see the truth. Listen more carefully if you want to hear truths

no you are the dumb one friend, the sun sets over the sea on the west coast, it can be viewed from any beach over wa, every one of them you will see the sunset over the sea... only you look stupid to argue it. He doesn't say he's watching sunsets from the beach, but even if he did it can be done any clear afternoon on the east coast to, sun will probably be setting over the mountains is all. @drew sale : been there in 2003/2004. And I spent more there than I made and worked with kiwis, tongans and what not.. only few Ozzis wanted to work the farms. Also paid taxed and super, and never asked for a super refund. so..

@Bret Hawkeye Don't play me for a fool. You got a nice big tax refund (probably at the airport) and the reason Australians don't want to do farmwork anymore is because of the nasty exploitation due to too many backpackers. Working backpackers fk off. Not welcome anymore.
