They totally butchered the original version of that song, that they recorded in 1977 with Mike Howlett as Strontium 90. Look it up, it's so much better. You can't put up with this crap once you've heard the Strontium 90 version. The singing and melody are so much better !!
Check out "New World Blues" by Strontium 90 as well. Better than 95% of the Police tunes. Really, these 3 should have stuck with Howlett.

Good song...but I can see why they decided to leave it off of the Regatta album.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great song...it sounds like it would have have went on the Outlandos album...when I think of the overall feel of Regatta, I just don't see where this fits...I dunno...but everyone's entitled to their opinion! 😊
