Dessa. It's called Little Mexico. Actually it's called Little Village or LA Villita, it is where I reside at, about 15 - 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. I got a call that day from Mando, manager of Los Lobos and just so happened to walk towards where the shooting was taken place.
