Does anyone know if the song is inspired by the movie Strange Days? There's a male character called Leni in the movie (although it may be spelled Lenny) and the way he feels about a woman really fits the lyrics. I was watching it the other day and it felt exactly like this song at some parts. It's also a science fiction movie so the "sci fi lullaby" would make sense on that grounds.
I think Leni is the name of the woman referred in the song.
