@Ron Turford how its empty ? This guy had something special and Morrissey (the whole band) soar this and tweaked it to it's full potential.

Written about the Civil Rights movement, but doesn't it apply well to a lot of issues?
Global warming, for one.

Phil was a very topical songwriter but he was also so witty and able to grasp the more general implications as he writes these songs at break-neck speed no less. Songs that transcend a singled-out issue. I therefore admire him and I think Dylan does to.
