He got mods and rockers to play pool againts each other but Pete only annoys the rocker because he is an ex old mod
The Empty Glass album would of made a classic Who record. I like The Who's Face Dances but it's not as potent or as strong as the Empty Glass album.

Soon after this Nazareth started using this as their stage-intro music which they continued to do for many years. Would've been a great Who song.
