I so love the intro to this song. And the song itself is so well constructed. And I love the way it fits into my personal YouTube playlist (next is Tori Amos Precious Thing at the moment). All of their songs were so well executed and constructed. They might be elsewhere in my playlist too, and if they are not yet, they should be. I don't mind.

Me and my brother listened to this all the time when we were kids, then we got food poisoning and when we tried listening to it again it just reminded us of that! Haha how weird. I think I can listen to it again now 30 years later!. I woke up with a mad desire to listen to Rent today, then I couldn't resist the rest. It's fantastic. I didn't really understand any of it at the time I was only about 8? It might be interesting hearing it from an adult view now.

One More Chance is one of my faves ;-}

One of them was good-looking when they were younger (Chris 😘), proving that they weren't just that. They were much more than that and far greater, too - clever as well as good looking. They are talented and were good-looking; one of them can write music and the other writes lyrics. It wasn't just relying on looks in the beginning, I guess - sheer hard work, talent, loyalty and passion were at the crux of it all! And other factors, too. 😎 They did have the brains and the looks and still do! ☺
You don't get much of that now in the charts, do you?
