I thpught it was called no more lovers left alive tho... wierd. Very was the very first album i ever bought. In grade 4! Lol i had no idea either psb nor i was gay bahaha...

I can see some of you are Royalists, or at least anti-establishment, but having enjoyed PSB for years you can't take the lyrics to literally - there is bucket loads to be read into this song. For some of you of the homosexualist bent , the Queen has a totally different angle. That might have burst a bubble for some, but it adds the depth this gem of a song deserves.

Has it occurred to anyone that the PSB wrote this song BEFORE Diana died so tragically. When you listen to the words it is almost prophetic. Gives a person chills.

I got this album only a month before the princesses death. I felt such an eerie feeling when I played this song, and then the tragedy occurred. I think PSB do a WONDERFUL TRIBUTE in their concerts with the song also.

There is another prophetic song. Its called king cross. After the song a terrible tradegy occur in the king cross station

Actually, the song is about the people in the gay community dying of AIDS at the time. A cause that Diana worked to bring awareness, but Queen Elizabeth ignored.
