Favorite Song. The video is weird, though. I would interpret the song completely differently.

I love the general existential criticism in the rest of the song, but the problems of the world have nothing to do
with abortion, suicide or the assumed/perceived devalorisation of the family values.
To me this doesn't represent the sentiment of the song and takes a weird conservative and naive turn. That's annoying.

See... This is my problem with periphery. They make absolute BANGERS like this once or twice every album, but then I can't get into a good 90% of the rest of their stuff. Maybe I haven't doven in far enough, but I feel like I really only like the stuff they write thats more like this. I personally just am not amused by songs like alpha or it's only smiles off of their newest album. Can anyone recommend stuff that's more like this, blood eagle, etc?

I was the same until I eventually found a few songs I liked and got way more into the ones I didn’t like, few examples of stuff like that are, motormouth, habitual line stepper, the price is wrong, graveless, hell below there’s a ton more though

@Gavin Maguire guess what, it's been a month and I decided to dive DEEP and now I'm completely obsessed hahahha habitual line stepper, follow your ghost, Ragnarok, and even remain indoors. I definitely realized they're like Devin townsend's stuff, where you really don't learn to appreciate it until you've heard it 2 dozen times.
