Pepper - Deep Country Lyrics

Deep in the country
Where the people are funky
And they all love their Auntie
Yes so sweet and so spicy

Yeah people ride slow here
And they mostly they don't care
And the weather is so clear
Just lay back and just soak it

Girls can get naughty
Especially at parties
Everyone is a hottie
And is perfect for Papi

Nights will go long here
So I hope you brought swimwear
Cause they all wanna know
If you're ready to let go

So if you gotta hunger
And you gotta leave the city tonight
Whatcha friends don't know
And people won't show
Is the country got the real vibe

Hey young girl
Whatcha doin' whatcha doin' tonight?
Whatcha parents don't know
We'll keep it on the low
So meet me in the country tonight

Deep in the country
Sticky green tastes like honey
Now your memory get's fuzzy
Everything is so lovely

Ladies roll by here
Wearing less than a smile here
And they all wanna know
If you're ready to let go

So if you gotta hunger
And you gotta leave the city tonight
Whatcha friends don't know
People won't show
Is the country got the real vibe

Hey young girl
Whatcha doin' whatcha doin' tonight?
Whatcha parents don't know
We'll keep it on the low
So meet me in the country tonight

Ooooohh don'tcha wanna go
Said your feeling low
So get outta town yeah yeah yeah
Deeeep in the country
Some people movin' free
That where you wanna be yeah

So if you gotta hunger
And you gotta leave the city tonight
Whatcha friends don't know
People won't show
Is the country got the real vibe

Hey young girl
Whatcha doin' whatcha doin' tonight?
Whatcha parents don't know
We'll keep it on the low
So meet me in the country tonight

So if you gotta hunger
And you gotta leave the city tonight
Whatcha friends don't know
People won't show
Is the country got the real vibe

Hey young girl
Whatcha doin' whatcha doin' tonight?
Whatcha parents don't know
We'll keep it on the low
So meet me in the country tonight

Its much more deeper than the sound? So is it like that one rumor accusing labels of telling rappers what to 'rap' about and such?
Either way, most of the songs on this album are pretty chill to listen to.

Well ok to break down the music industry really quick. Lets say u get signed by a big label. They give u a advancement. Depending on what kind of deal u got, there are many. Lets say the advancement is 2 mil. Then they give u like 6 months to finish a album. 2 mil sounds alot. But that 2 mil, will go to your rent, food, expenses in life, plus recording time, mixing time, mastering fee, music video fee, publishing fee, also big artist usually have a team like managers, pr, etc... then there are song writers and such. And lets say in that 6 months u used up 1.2 mil to pay for shit. and the album is done. Ok so now u need to pay back the labels 2 mil, good thing u only spent 1.2 mil. so now u have the rest to give back, now u have to pay back whats left over, thats where merch and tours and other things come into play where u can make money. and lets say u were able to pay it back. now what ever is left of ur gigs, album purchase u get , but it depends on the deal, its much more complicated than that. Hence changes of sound, trying to sound commercial or clean. But some instances the artist wanted to change as well. Pepper has always been diverse, so no surprise for me with their change of sound.
