I hate to say that I didn’t really care for the movie dumplin, but hear me out. I love the message it gives and I love the point it gets across. I’m just not that type of movie person. But this song really touched me. The way Jens low voice merges with Dolly’s and Danielle’s is absolutely beautiful. I have to say that whenever I found out that both of my strong, female roll models were working together my heart bursted. As a child I grew up listening to dolly and actually in a Christmas play one year that was the main singing roll and that was my part, and now as a teenager, Jennifer Aniston is my biggest role model. She says so many great things and makes differences in so many peoples lives whether they are old or young. But I guess all I’m trying to say is this piece is truly beautiful and my heart warms up every time I hear it. 😭❤️
