I was a major punk rocker, and so therefore most 70's classic rock was "the enemy". But certain bands and tunes like this still squeaked thru. Great song. Great hook. Awesome bass line. A friend had this on tape and we'd listen to it in the car while heading over to Mother Blues in Dallas from Fort Worth. Fun times, great memories.

I was aboard the USS Carl Vinson back in 86/87. I remember when you guys came all the way out to the middle of the Indian Ocean to play for us. I wanted to say Thank You. You really made the day for a few thousand sailors and marines.

I remember buying this back in the 70"s. I was 16 years old and played it until it were out. Great lyrics. Still crazy about this even more today. Sounds greaattt!!!

Never forget the first time I heard this summer of 78 living in a days inn motel,working 7 10 hour days building the Dillards zDistriution center at the corner of Beech and Meachem Ftworth TX GOOD times.

I was in the audience at this show you can hear my dancing feet stomping all over this tune, ha ha!

Listen kids......real music with musicians, instruments and singing lyrics in harmony to composition they created. Love this tune since the first time I heard it in 9th grade.

They kicked back, relaxed and played totally uncluttered renditions of their songs. Glad they kept it real and didn't overplay or change things up. Always loved their style of playing. The bass, drums and keyboard carry the songs and the guitar is the icing on the cake, same formula as the band "Europe" from the 80's. That formula is getting lost in the computer these days. Just think 30's yrs from now when Adele goes on her final reunion tour she can get on stage with a laptop for the whole band. How much fun is that gonna be for everybody?
