Couldn’t understand a word

Why can't I find the normal/forward version? It's a good song. Also, the creepy piano at the beginning and end sounds very familiar like it's been used in creepy pasta stories.

There used to be a video of it with spanish subtitles that was in really good quality, i was lucky and used a mp3 converter to rip it off youtube 8 years ago. For some mindblowing reason its a japan only release despite being the best song on the whole album.
