Ozzy Osbourne - Never Lyrics
[Daisley - Lee - Osbourne]
It is the voice of your laughter that echoes in vain
In the vessel of your sorrow and pain
It is the beat of a heart that you hear in your mind
You've searched your soul for feeling
Over and over now, over and over now
There is no use in dreaming
Over and over now, over and over now
It is the chain that you're dragging that was once your relief
That's like everything that's born to die
And the birth of a doubt that was once your belief
Is drowning in the tears that you cry
It all remains a mystery
Forever and ever now, ever and ever now
The things that were are history
Forever and ever now, ever and never now
It's never too late to cry
It's never too late for goodbyes
It's never too late to cry
You know you were born to die
Oh, God
If the Messiah is coming, will he be too late
To reconcile our tears with our hate?
And the memory of freedom that imprisons our heart
As we're greeted by the cold hand of fate
It's never too late to cry
It's never too late for goodbyes
It's never too late to cry
You know you were born to die

Ozzy Osbourne Never Comments
Amazing album I think it was last album I bought.
mr jake e lee...
mad respect \m/\m/
I know Randy was the best guitar player, but I give great credit to Jake E Lee for his two albums he did with Ozzy
Jake E. Lee+Ozzy= EPIC!!!!!!!!
actual rock music.
Ozzy will kick Parkinson's ass!!
Jake E. Lee THE Best. este cara é incrível, o melhor guitarista q ja apareceu na banda.
Holy fucking shit.
jake is better than you pay him
Jake E. Lee...Heavy Metal Culture!!!
I love you Ozzy 🖤
Amazing song.
Jake is the King of the "chugga-chugga" riff... Vivian Campbell (when w/Dio) was to me...2nd...
Could somebody tell me the reason why Ozzy never plays songs off of this album like The Ultimate Sin, Never, Secret Loser, Never Know Why????
Killer of Giants is played live once or twice currently and no more...Why this? Do you think that the reason for not being played live is the fact that maybe Ozzy is not able to reach the key of all those tunes anymore?
Are there any live performances of this song? I absolutely love this song. I first heard it 2 months ago and have not been able to get it out of my head- for good reason.
Gran letra de Bob Daisley
One of the sickest guitar riff ever
When this song ends 👉 you push repeat and listen again ✌
Too many trendy skinny jean hipsters just commenting Jake Lee cus it's what everyone else is doing... ooh edgy.. like the neckbeards commenting how good Tool's drumme r is. let's be real, Ozzy is the main man
Amazing! Musicianship....
My favourite Ozzy solo song
Best song on the album. Ozzy is King!
2:10 I f'n love that part.
There's that evilness again showing up in this one. I can't quite put my finger on it but I love it.
best song of the album.
Jake E. Lee is often overlooked. Awesome 2 albums w ozzy
Jake E. Lee. Period!
Has ozzy ever performed this song live?
Yes. But only twice, both times in 1986.

@Lane Davis oh thanks a lot dude
My favorite Ozzy Album
Yesssssss
CRANK IT!
Another killer opening by Mr.Lee
Ozzy Osbourne is so hot. I've been in love since I was a preteen. Seen him twice but it's not enough I want to talk to him. Maybe in 2 years? I'm saving up
"Bark At The Moon" (Jake's song) is still the most cherished at concerts... They used the guy and spit him out, so sad.
2019 Ozzy still fucken rocks
2019 Ozzy still fucken rocks
Play that Zakk.....I bet u won't.
Ultimate Sin album was always my favorite..and still is. I give it 5 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
The break at 2:10 still gives me goose bumps. Jake E Lee for president.
Jake never disappoints! NEVER!!!
Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Motley Crue, Ratt, W.A.S.P., Aerosmith, Guns N' Roses, Metallica, and any 1980's sleaze metal band... Can you beat the sleazy and cheesy ass-kicking hard rock sound from the 1970's and 1980's? I say, no, you can not.
If jesus came down here to start a band he'd want Jake E. Lee on lead.
Rhythm too..
This song is the hottest one from the album by far.
Yes, me too, I have questioned so much and now I'm sick of so much.
I feel lucky to have been a teenager in the mid 80's. I went to so many great shows! I lived in SLC at the time and was at the Bark at the Moon show at the Salt Palace with Motley Crue, Shout at the Devil, opening. Two years later again in SLC, I was at this show. Metallica opened, Master of Puppets, they were so fierce back then; incredible show from both bands! Damn I miss those days. Jake E Lee ruled!!
IMO this is the best Ozzy album
I might have to agree with you.
Jake e Lee is the man..at this point he was so driven..just unbelievable guitar work at display...I discover these hidden gems from his early work and I shake my head in complete awe of his wizardry of the six string...thank you Mr Lee for driving me to still play guitar and aspiring me to get good at it
Jake is such a talented "riff master"...Ozzy always found some of the best...Iommi, Randy, J.E.L. & Zakk
Wow that intro tho - insane!!! The wait what's this???? OMG.....2:12...then WHaaaaa???? 3:01 Good LORD!
It's never too late
over 3 decades.....cry....die..oh god.......:)
thank you Jesus,i love ozzy old and new. to bad back wylde can 't focuw
I dont know why everyone acts like Jake E Lee was given no recignition....he was on the front cover of Guitar Player magazine, had numerous article interviews worldwide, Ozzy picked him to be his guitar player after Randy died, gave Ozzy hits like Bark At the Moon and Shot In The Dark which got continuous radio play back in the day, he did two world tours supporting both of the Ozzy albums he played on, he was given full creative control of his guitar parts and songwriting in both of those albums, was on MTV in the Ozzy videos, Wayne Charvel built him those hot rodded famous signature Charvel guitars that he played and now currently Charvel Guitar company has came out with the exact replica production model called the Jake E. Lee signature guitar in honor of him that aspiring Jake fans can buy and dream about playing like him, Jake became a household name back in the 80s heavy metal who's who of flashy technically playing up and coming guitarist right up there with Eddie, Warren, and Lynch, he continued post Ozzy success with his own band called Badlands......I'd say he had a pretty good well known and recognized career
What the hell ???? I've been blessed with a 10 year older brother so I had a metal education thankfuly. But I had only heard Killer of Giants and Shot in the dark to this day......How on earth was this man aloud to sing over this masterpiece? I don't care who you married, this is disgraceful ! What an amazing feeling, beautiful aetheric metal, super raw, honest sound and excelent musicianship, for this prick to shit on ! And a solo album under his name too ! HA !
Guitars are so awesome from Mr Lee throughout the entire jam! The solo though is complete Insanity!!!!
I fucked so many chicks to this album that if I had somehow managed to keep up the rate it would have killed me twenty years ago.
JAKE is the Man!
Still one of my favorite tunes
Heard this was heavier album but producer mixed it so it's pop like. Hope Ozzy goes back and remixes it.
Jake shines here on underrated song. Emulates Randy style a little but yet you know it's Jake what a fucking riff
Definitely one of my top 10 Ozzy songs...at least nowadays anyway. Does any1 know where I can find a version of this performed live?! No trouble with finding Never Know Why thruout quite a few shows here on YouTube but can’t for the life of me find this played live. Any1 know if they ever even played it live?!
Everybody tried to stop Ozzy endless obstacles yet he still shines. Should be something for us all to think about
I Dunn oo
I bought 3 tapes at the same time in 1986 Ultimate Sin Turbo Lover Russian Roulette....I'm 51 ans will never stop to listen!Maiden Ozzy Accept Fan forever
Serge Usereau me too brother i love classic metal
Fuckin A brother. I'm 50 and I remember this like it was yesterday. Wished it was. heh heh
best ozzy's song of the best ozzy's album, period. It's a shame that it's totally forgotten, even by himself
JAKE RULEZZ
I loved this album so much, I bought the album.
Got this on album in '86 One of Jake's best work. No disrespect to Randy Castillo, too snare happy on the record. Fast fills from Jake, love it!
Jake E. Lee. Period!
Me and an unforgettable girl spent our soft more year in each other's arms listening to this front to back it will never leave me....
"Soft More" BAHH HAHH HAHH , Sorry, I apologize Mr. Shee-uhh.
this is one of the oz bands greatest albums Jake e leee has an high energy and a style all his own I liked the bands style to at this point in Time less biker style more rockstar and the band got Ozzy off his ass helped him do what he does best keep it real
damned riff!!!!!!!!
who wants to have sex
I started listening to Black Sabbath when I was 11 years old and now turning 60. Simply best ever band. Ozzy has the vocals :)
jake lee is up there with the best, i first heard this album in 1986 when i was 13 and 32 years later guess what awesome music im listening too.... yep the ultimate sin, this album is mint, keep it real brothers and sisters, you know who you are.
Ozzy has been in my life since I was little but damn their first 5 studio albums are masterpieces from top to bottom and no more tears isn't a bad album by any means, but just doesn't live up to Blizzard of Ozz, Diary of a Madman, Bark at the moon, The Ultimate Sin, and No Rest for the Wicked. I gotta say though, as much as I love Randy Rhoads and Zakk Wylde, I have to say Jake E. Lee was my favorite guitarist that Ozzy ever had.
I never understand why this album seems totally forgotten. Masterpiece!😈
I'm a huge Randy Rhoads fan and I'll even say Jake E. Lee was a good replacement and has his own style like Randy did. Definitely dope.
if you have the original album (not the remastered bullshit) jake e. lee did get credit for this album and bark at the moon
Man, I remember Ozzy and Metallica on tour together when this album came out. Fucking great memories.
Most underrated Ozzy tune
ozzy IS the son of Christ
I think I may have a valid legal case against Ozzy for hearing aids and battery replacement costs This song will be one of the many, many exhibits. We could make it a class action. Who's with me?
Holy fuck is Jake e. Lee awesome
Jake E Lee is a beast

Phylean Panache OH GAWD LOL!
You mean Soussan
@David Shackelford Dave, is that you bro? Colchester? 🏠
@Tom S hell yes what's happening
@David Shackelford Disney Dragons brother! 🐉 🐉
You have good taste, this is one of the best Ozzy tunes.
after all these years i still wonder how to play the opening riff to this song. it has eluded me for decades. there are only youtube vids of people playing it extremely incorrectly. Another testament to how incredibly awesome Jake's playing is.
This song is so eerie. My favorite ozzy song.
My favorite song on the album hands down.
One of Ozzie's underrated tracks
Definitely a top 5 Ozzemble pick in I had to narrow down to 5. Because they way the guitar solo ends and just jumps back into the rhythm, It's just a milestone rock moment caught on tape.
Jake E. Lee.
Ozzy . Osbourne
I'll NEVER figure out how Jake could be such a talented guitarist!
Good one, Scotty. By the way... Beam me up!
my favorite album
I actually forgot about this entire album until I came across the movie "The Wraith" one late night and "Shot in the Dark" was playing during a chase scene. I was a big Jake fan back in my early teens and loved "Bark at the Moon" but this album had such incredible riffs. I noticed Jake is playing these songs and although he sounds great the rest sure sound like your regular cover band.
JamCave StudioThe song was "Secret Loser"+Sherilynn Fenn, was hot in that movie.
this is the best ozzy album cover
I honestly think this is ozzys best album for consistently every song
Kennedy Crevoiserat 100% agree 👍🏻
is this "I Don't Know" part 2? :p Drums, Bass guitar patterns very similar to it! it's still good though
Ozzy was really fat when he released this great album. He lost a ton of weight! good for him.
He is pretty good but Randy is better.
