There's also some good rap actually (at least for me) and there's also bad metal...anyway...there are some metal musicians that like some rap too. ...examples: Max & Igor Cavalera (ex Sepultura), Christian Olde Wolbers (ex Fear Factory),...you probably don't know that Kerry King of Slayer appears in the Beastie Boys music video No Sleep Till Brooklyn playing the guitar solo for the song...the list goes on. ...if you don't like rap it's ok, it's subjective in the end.

Black Sabbath has been a strong influence for Alice in Chains...and on the other hand Ozzy included AIC debut album Facelift in his personal top 10 rock/metal albums.

I know there's Zakk on guitar here...he was influenced by Iommi...and he respects AIC too. Honestly there are some BS/AIC influences in some BLS songs....whatever....
