Orbison, Roy - This Kind Of Love Lyrics

Our Love, our love, won't die, can't die
This kind of love was meant for you and I
This kind of love was meant for you and I

Your love, my love young love, true love
This kind of love was meant for you and I
This kind of love was meant for you and I

One dream through life, one day my wife
This kind of love was meant for you and I
This kind of love was meant for you and I

One dream through life, one day my wife
This kind of love was meant for you and I
This kind of love was meant for you and I
This kind of love was meant for you and I

Claudette was the great love of his life!

I always loved this cut by Roy, the Latin groove and so on. "Rock House" was re-released in Britain on Ember records (I picked up the album in Heathrow airport on the way to the US) and it is an excellent selection of "earlier" Roy. Thanks for posting it.

Please could you download " sweet and easy " from this long play.... Many years ago I had to sell this long play...and I never found it since then...I had the british reissue of the 80's by Charly Recording...

Even in his early years you could hear Roy's budding greatness. Thanks for the upload!

The Big O was p*sd off when Sam released this ...not because of the quality but because Sam had not done too much to promote him while at SUN and he was trying to hitch a ride on Roy when he hit the big time at Monument
I am glad it was as the LP (I own the UK version) is quality rockabilly

all of the songs on this album were recorded a few years before the release of the album, Roy most likely did not even know that the album existed until it was actually being released. thats because roy was at Monument Records and this album was released by Sun Records' Sam phillips

Recorded in 1957 at Sun, but released in the album that you illustrate in 1961.
