Well, I guess it's a good idea to warn parents and make sure small children don't listen to overly offensive songs, but I still don't like the label itself - it makes the album look dangerous and unhealthy.

A disclaimer is the thing they put at the beginning of any sort of media that states that they are not responsible for whatever it is. In this case, the Offspring are saying that if something offends you, don't listen, dangerous, don't do it, and finally, if it is explicit, protect your children. :)
