Allright, this is crazy. I understand a thing about big egos and all, but even Sir Paul was able to let "Something" happen on the last Beatles record. This should have been the first single release of DOYS, with a more proper ending of course...Noel can write 100000 very good songs, but a tune like this? I think Liam as a singer/songwriter is totally underrated. With a little help from his brother he could (and perhaps still can) do wonderful things, but he needs OASIS to do that. GET BACK TOGETHER!!!

It wasn't even a b-side, actually... It was on a Japanese release of DOYS. One of their best post-2000 tracks. But then again - they always delivered strong non-album/non-a-side output (maybe the strongest in music history along with The Smiths) - so it's no surprise that it's not on the finished album. We still have it, though. Thx, Oasis!
