Numan, Gary - New Anger Lyrics

I've read the papers
Look at this
They say that I'm all over
I don't know
They're not the first ones to try
So try
Again

What's the fashion?
Is it good?
I'll need some convincing
If you've got it
Then I've seen it before
So try
Again

Welcome to new anger
Do you want it?
Do you want it?

I don't need it
I can stop
I can take this or leave it
You can have it
But if you want it from me
Then come
And try

I've been bad
I've been good
I've been one more hero
I've been up
And I've been lower than you
So come
And try

If you want it
Come and get it

Never thought I would say this but I miss the old side part.

Necroposting, but I think his hairline started receding in his early 30s; the promo pictures and cover art for _Machine + Soul_ especially show this. I think it was that combined with wanting to distance himself as much as possible from his "middle period" that led him to change things up.

JamesPolymer actually I believe he started suffering from fairly extreme hair loss at around 22-23, so smack in the middle of him becoming a big name with Pleasure Principle. By Telekon you can see how much higher his hairline rose, and the reason he started wearing the fedoras circa Dance and I, Assasin was because of him attempting to fix his premature baldness with hair plugs and needing to mask the ill side effects, by Warriors he lost the hats but went for blonde hair and a faux tan, which cleverly masks the uneven volume, but you can clearly see how botched the thickness of his hair is.
Berserker is right where all the variables overlapped and he finally wound up with half decent (albeit blue) hairstyle again, but it didn't last very long and by the late 80s it was starting to look very very weird. By 1993, he looked dreadful.

@CKT1138 sadly loosing your hair is part of being a male.
