Thought this was a different song....Religion is fake guys....Where was Lord Almighty during the holocaust? Why are there disease ridden and starving children on every continent in the world? Real easy to sit here in your air condition and say god has been good.....I hate to see people live there life based on something that is not real, and then die and never know your whole life was irrelevant. People spend too much time worrying about where they will go when they die and can't fathom the idea that we are merely mortal animals on planet Earth. You want to live your life avoiding "sin" and criticizing those around you based on what the "Bible" says, but the real sin is treating the planet the way we do. The Earth and Sun are technically our gods, and we trash our planet everyday. Human beings as a whole should wake up and realize that we are on our own, and the only way to ensure a future for our children, and our children's children is to treat the Earth as if  its our "Sanctuary". There is no god up in the sky that controls our fate. Also, (I'm white as hell) but I have a hard time understanding how African Americans can believe so enthusiastically in a higher being, when your ancestors were forced here on a ship by ruthless assholes, and forced to be slaves. Why did your god not help you then? The history of mankind has been nothing but violence. Religion is the simplest way to give our life a sense of purpose, to try and understand where we came from and why we are here. I'm sorry to inform you that there is no such purpose or no reason. Evolution is a fact.
