@thosenightswrong because they've said it, and it says, if you gotta run, run from hope, meaning getting away from trying to hold on and survive through the troubles anymore, do your research.

I keep reading that this is about suicide, but does anyone have a source for that? It's definitely not obvious from the lyrics. In the meantime, I'll just coninue enjoying the song as it is \o/
