What is it about 80's music productions and their unmatched ability to take great music by great musicians and great songwriters and turn it into meaningless crap? So many artists who produced landmarks of creativity and musicality in the 60s and 70s went that route (Poco, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and the list goes on). Once they reach the 80s, their albums are no longer worth seeking out. It's really sad.
