Hi Nilu I am only now discovering this song. It's so nice😊
And yeab I've also felt those feelings of disconnect and aloneness sometimes when I'm with people. In my case I think it's how your system naturally responds after you've gone through loss. I lost my godmother the year before and I've noticed these feelings peaking up whenever I'm surrounded by family. It's hard definitely and music has also helped me a great deal to cope with them.

Now to answer your questions...


I'm spiritually conscious & have been since '92. Nothing to do with religion.


One of the first steps in becoming spiritually conscious is learning how to love ourselves, which of course society doesn't teach us, as the powers that try to control us want us to WORSHIP them.


We can't truly love someone else until we learn how to love ourselves & for most of us, that takes a lot of hard work due to the trauma we experienced as babies & children.


Another great healer is the Universe. The Universe is what gives us energy & love.


All living things are made up of energy. That's a spiritual & scientific fact. Real science, not the fake science that's around today.


That's why like attracts like & when we hang with people who are negative, we start to feel negative & the reverse is true as well.


People can learn to put up an energy field so we don't let other people's energy affect ours. It's something we have to learn.


We need to constantly get a BOOST of energy otherwise we deplete ourselves.


Most people try to get it from other humans which isn't healthy. We need to be getting it from the Universe.


There's only a couple of times in my life I've felt the IMMENSE energy from the Universe & let me tell you it was DAMM powerful. Better than sex LOL


I am a HUGE proponent that all people need to work on their issues & clear out negative energy we have accumulated from others over the years, especially if a person is highly sensitive like I am. Most of us also have blocked chakras which doesn't allow our energy to flow. This then causes illness & emotional pain.


And like I mentioned, healing our past traumas from inside the womb until age 6-8. Any other traumas after that are due to the traumas during those ages as they are the most crucial years in our lives.


I have a list of alternative therapy courses if you are ever interested. Conventional therapy doesn't work at all IMO, & neither will drugs.



You need to get to the ROOT of the pain & why it keeps coming up.


If we weren't loved as children (even in the womb), this will greatly affect us emotionally, physically & spiritually as adults.

I love this song. I think we feel alone around people because very few people want to actually get to know who each of us are. Majority who do end up close to us see us as they want to see us, not as we actually are. To get to know anyone takes time, open heart and patience (modern rhythm of life does not allow for this). This leaves us feeling alone and “not seen” even when we are surrounded by people.
