think this song could be about a group of girls who could of ranaway at a young age or ran off with a boyfreind thinking it was the time of thier lives and that they had everything figured out. Each of the girls story is different. But they all ended up in the place in the music video, eventually each one of there storys takes a turn and life gets really bad and hard, so hard that they could of sold their body just make money to feed themselves. They long for someone to hold them,love them cherish them, to the point that theyll take anyone who will give them attechion even there clients...the girls pretend that this is the one, this is the man ill marry.. even if its for one night...
The girls lives were maybe cut short by the hands of either one of her clients or was murdered by one of there ex boyfriends, in the after life they all stay trapped in place they died. But they have eachother...

I've never connected so personally to music as Nicole's. My entire life I've used my sexuality as a way to get people to love me; as long as I'm cute enough and delicate and pretty and so so very feminine, will someone want me. It hurts so much to know that my only value as a person is how much I can fill the space in someone else's life, and her music is full of the anguish of what it means to make yourself hallow enough so that someone else can fill the space with themselves so you're whole again..

a few nights ago i listened to this song alone on my parents couch while old cartoons played. i felt a feminine presence wrap around me; she held me, reassured me. in that moment, i let myself cry. i’ve been holding in these tears for what seems like as long as i can remember, not allowing my true emotions to show. i came to realize that the presence is myself. i can hold my own hand, i can hold myself through the lonely nights. this was the only time in the past two months that i have felt love. seeing the girls in the video share such a precious bond with one another made me feel that all over again, the love for myself and the brief moment of loneliness fading away, just for those few minutes. thank you for creating the only song that will currently let me feel that way, and creating such raw, true, and lovely music in general. forever a fan.

Watching the downfall of your career is really tragic but kind of deserved. I know you're reading this, Nicole because I know how much you like reading things about yourself. You're talented and I love your music but this music video is honestly such low effort. You've been filming and taking and posting videos at this place for literal months now, and this has gotten 17k views. I suggest you get your shit together, preform regularly, stop being so invested in everything everyone says about you, and produce quality music, posts, music videos, and albums the way you used to. Been a fan for a long time, and we used to interact on tumblr when I was a much younger girl. I see the exact aesthetic you're aiming for and you're one of the first people out of 100% recycled song ideas, aesthetics, and try-hard edgy music to actually make something out of themselves for at least awhile. You had something going for you, you really did. Buying drugs from kids, using your eating disorder as an excuse for missing performances even after you recovered, being self-absorbed, and try hard has really failed you. I really hope you're finally moving out of your parents' house. You're in your 20s. I understand it's hard considering you're a trust fund baby, but please make an attempt to save your plummeting career, as I think we both know it is. You can really be something, don't let yourself go like you have been.
