jules is under pressure because she knows that rue is lowkey falling for her and she knows that she’s the reason why she’s sober, so jules is under a lot of stress because if you think about it in a way rue isn’t in love with herself but she loves jules. i think that jules feels if she tells rue about her not feeling the same way then rue is going to go back to drugs and possibly have an overdose, so i don’t think jules feels the same way as rue does but then again i hope she does.
