@JohnR88 Neil Young is a lot like Radiohead, actually. He made a few great records and a lot of shit records. This is one of the latter. You NY fan boys would buy his album if the whole album was him farting in the bathtub to a drum track.

Was watching Boz Scaggs music videos and he covered this tune. Learned it was NYs song from the comments. Scaggs did a great cover but the original is haunting.

neils timing in my life has always been spot on right on time. lost a bf to a motorcycle wreck in 74 lots of drama.. i was 17... torada tequila, locks on my door and neil got me centered and i was ok..

Neil and his band are great healers for sure. Always helps me through hard times.

Very good album. The last time I saw Neil was at Red Rocks with Promise of the real 7-8-15. A freak COLD rain that day. Neil and Promise did Vampire Blues and Revolution Blues which are on the same album. Neil is the best!

"The world is turning. I hope it don't turn away." What scary thought. This song made worry about Neil. You can't help but feel what he's going through. His voice is so emotive. He sounds like he is done on this song. "Though my problems are meaningless. That don't make them go away." This song should come with a prescription for Prozac.

IDavid ....this record happened after Danny Whitten died and Neil and all the guys were totally bummed out . They all got together and got all fucked up for a couple of weeks and this is the result .

This is why it's so beautiful though. And we all can relate in some way. I hope all of you find peace in this the same way that they too found solace
