As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, I must object to the lyrics, "Up go the flaps; down go the wheels..." That would probably cause an unpleasant situation... may I suggest : OUT go the flaps, down go the wheels," in preparation for landing. Bringing the flaps UP in a landing situation will result in a high speed landing attempt that no-one will enjoy. :-)

Wow I never guessed a Joni Mitchell song would make such a good hard rock tune. And they left the original melody pretty much intact. I love the Blue album by Joni but this is one of the songs I never spent too much attention to. It's bookended by so many other great songs!

In his prime/youth Axel could sound like anyone he damn well wanted to. F-ing off while he got his demons under control with the clown parade for 25 years took it's toll.
