Never heard of Myles until i just listened to The Sound of Silence with him and DISTURBED lead singer-who I also never heard of until The Sound of Silence remake !! INCREDIBLE!! BUT, Myles has an amazing voice also and his music is pretty darn good. I don't listen to heavy metal but I'd listen to Myles!!! I'm into VOICE quality and not screaming and eardrum shattering NOISE. THIS song and music is GOOD!!!

This is probably one of those songs that will rise up in popularity over the next 20 years. It's not immediately catchy like your standard radio-fare but rather varied and interesting.

Didn´t even see the video, and added it to my favorites. One of my favorite tracks from the solo album. Myles is maybe the
most complete rock musician ever (after Paul Mccartney).

What's the purpose of this montages, especially if it doesn't even contain the song itself? AB had two videos in the same style and they were as pointless as this one. Why? Live video would work better.

Damien Scott-To answer your question, The Other Side was political and The Cradle to the Grave and The Great Beyond sounds more religious. They had said that they are not a religious or political band. When their music sounds too political or religious; they do not play them, live.

No. Only Myles and Zia are Mayfield Four. The other is Tim Tournier the manager for Alter Bridge, Tremonti and others. Who just happens to be a pretty decent guitarist in his own right. 😊👍🤘

I never used to listen to Alter Bridge. Never have been a fan of them. But, I somehow stumbled upon 'Year of the Tiger' on YouTube a few days ago. Wow!!! What a song! What a voice! Such great lyrics! I instantly fell in love. I subscribed without a delay. Just got the notification a few minutes ago. And, again. Myles Kennedy hits me with everything. Such passion is truly hard to find. His screams resonates with the heart everytime. I don't care if he falls under metal or not. Even though I hardly listen to anything other than extreme metal. I must say, this guy knows how to shake your heart. Time to add this to my favourites playlist. Long live, Myles Kennedy.
