I've been puzzling over how this video was made and I think I finally figured it out... They used sheets of glass and paper cut outs and layered them over each other so that you get the effect of it passing like that.

I used to have panic attacks. You might want to try Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For a few bucks or maybe the library anyone can access it through Dr. David Burn's "The Feeling Good Book". It's been 25 years since it helped me, but I still use the skills I learned to this day. I wish everyone knew about CBT. I think the world would be a better place if people learned mental health skills like this, not just academic ones. I hope you feel better!

I was lucky enough to see her perform last night in Brooklyn at AfroPunk (right after the ever-inspirational Miss Nikki Giovanni took the stage). She did not disappoint! Such a phenomenal performer and her band was sooo on point! At the end of her set we were screaming for an encore and she actually came back and sang an a cappella version of Human Nature. Such a phenomenal performer!

Really excited to see her at AfroPunk-Johannesburg, South Africa on the 31st. I've missed her Jazz performances for so long.
