Mark Arms lyrics are some of his best yet, Steve Turner still shredding it with that amazing Fuzz nasty punk Rock vibe, killer bass line on the chorus, and Dan Peters slamming it on the drums like a badass. These guys are one of my favorite fucking bands of all time

I can dig it. I bet it will sound much better live. Its catchy as hell but doesn't have that distortion or raw power that you would expect. It would be cool to hear an Albini mix of this.

I got into mudhoney over 25 years ago and this is the first time I've ever heard politics in their lyrics. They used to go against the grain back in the day. It's disappointing to see them doing trendy, pop culture fluff. I don't give a shit about politics, but it's clear that they're pandering to college-age outrage mobs with these lyrics. To make matters worse, these are some of the most lazy, cliché lyrics I've heard from any of the old school bands. They're just regurgitating the cookie-cutter sarcasm used by the "edgy," histrionic kids of today as they endlessly bemoan the current administration. I never thought I'd hear mudhoney pumping out vapid garbage echoing the mainstream political sentiment of the "current year." lol
