While I am quite certain that John has nothing against Morissey, I wouldn't really care if he did. I'd feel free to love them both equally as two of my favorite musicians regardless of their opinions about each other. Don't let anyone else's opinion but your own dictate what you do with your life.

@gonzax you and darkpoets are both retarded. John Darnielle doesn't hate morrissey. He covers morrissey live, for christ's sake. Darnielle almost always writes songs from the perspective of a character--the lyrics aren't his own opinion. And also, it's obvious because of the way he mispronounces morrissey in the song. it's meant to be funny, you idiots.
